Usher Says His Las Vegas Wedding Also Surprised His Family

Usher surprised followers when he obtained wed last month. However they weren’t the just one.

The Grammy champion informed Enjoyment Tonight on Saturday that his wedding to Jennifer Goicoechea also took his family by shock.

“It was an incredible moment that we felt was great for us,” he stated.“It was a button at the end of an incredible Las Vegas run. My mother was there, her mother was there, the kids were there, our immediate family was there. Matter of fact, everybody was surprised. I’m like, ‘No, no, no, we’re having a wedding right now. We’re gonna go have Elvis officiate us.’”

The pair joined last month in Las Vegas just hours after he executed at the Super Dish LVIII halftime program at Allegiant Arena.

This weekend break, Usher went to the NAACP Picture Honors, where he not just took home the leading reward of amusement of the year yet also was bestowed the Head of state’s Honor. Throughout his speech, he offered a shout-out to his “beautiful wife, Jennifer” and his children, stating“I’m a dad who’s just trying to get it right every day.”

The Head of state’s Honor is “presented in recognition of special achievement and distinguished public service,” says the company.

Usher’s associate verified his wedding to The Hollywood Press reporter last month.

Bordered by buddies and family, “they both look forward to continuing to raise their children together surrounded by love and thank everyone for the well wishes,” the associate stated at the time.

The pair’s speedy evening saw them head from Usher’s admired efficiency at Allegiant Arena to The Fast track drive thru at Vegas Wedding Celebrations, where they joined in an intimate event.
