Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) doesn’t even miss Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart). Why would anyone else?
Frankly, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) who hasn’t been on Young & the Restless in years is mentioned by Genoa City residents far more then Kevin Fisher. This despite Kevin Fisher’s on-again-off-again hacker role at the GCPD coupled with his on-again-off-again relationship as Greg Rikaart with CBS.
So, what gives?

Squeaky Clean Chance Chancellor (Connor Floyd) is about to be promoted to Chief of Police at the Genoa City Police Department. Will Chance Chancellor really have any interest in bringing in Kevin Fisher with his checkered past?

Seriously, can we get down to what makes Young & the Restless Y&R? Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) does not get nearly as much time in Genoa City as her peers.
Where the hell has Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) been? Apparently, he’s been in Singapore helping his mother Gloria Fisher (Judith Chapman). Gloria’s heading back to Genoa City. Does this mean a Fisher Family 2-for-1 & Michael & Gloria return together to Genoa City?
As for Y&R’s Kevin Fisher, take him or leave him. There’s not an obvious opportunity for him to hack at GCPD & it seems his wife Chloe Fisher has an extreme crush on Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
