In a shocking turn of events, Britney Haynes once again betrayed Danielle Reyes in the latest episode of The Traitors. The episode picked up right after the previous week’s cliffhanger, revealing that Haynes had voted to banish Reyes. This betrayal stemmed from an ultimatum given to Haynes by her former Big Brother Reindeer Games frenemy at the beginning of the penultimate episode.
Reyes expressed her disappointment, stating, “Wow, you did it to me again,” after learning of Haynes’ betrayal. As the only remaining Traitor, Haynes broke down in tears, while the other players – Dylan Efron, Gabby Windey, Dolores Catania, and Ivar Mountbatten – cheered.
A game twist introduced in the last episode, the seer, was finally announced after Reyes’ departure. This twist allowed one player to invite another player to a secret meeting to determine if they were a Traitor or not. Haynes, who received the seer designation, chose Windey for the meeting and truthfully revealed that Windey was a Faithful.
Tensions rose as Efron suspected that both Haynes and Windey could be Traitors. In an attempt to deflect suspicion, Haynes tried to pit the Faithfuls against Efron. The final mission involved finding $25,000 worth of gold and classic cars, with a twist involving dangling from a helicopter to throw money at a ring of fire.
Following the challenge, tensions ran high in the castle as the players prepared for the final roundtable. Ultimately, Haynes was banished by her fellow players, leading to a final decision at the fire of truth where the group chose to end the game.
In a surprising turn of events, the players chose to end the game, making the Faithfuls the winners of The Traitors season three. The group celebrated their victory, emphasizing the friendships they had formed throughout the season.
