Waxahatchee is back with another solitary from her future cd Tigers Blood. “365” gets here with a one-shot video guided by Corbett Jones and Nick Simonite. In the clip, Katie Crutchfield evaluates a city from up above in a vacant apartment or condo while pacing around and vocal singing along to the song’s verses. Watch it listed below.
“‘365’ is a song about codependency as it pertains to addiction and relationships with addicts,” Crutchfield clarified in a declaration. “It’s something I have actually managed a whole lot in my life and I actually intended to boil down the nerves and feelings to their purest type in this song. Brad Chef and I had a great deal of concepts we attempted for this, yet in the long run, we tracked it live simply him, Jake Lenderman and myself running the song a number of times with each other in the space.”
Tigers Blood is out March 22 via Anti-. The follow-up to 2020’s Saint Cloud has been led by the single “Right Back to It,” which features Wednesday’s MJ Lenderman on guitar and vocals, as well as last month’s “Bored.”
Next month, Waxahatchee will depart on a tour of North America and Europe in support of Tigers Blood. Opening select dates are Snail Mail, Greg Mendez, Tim Heidecker, and Gladie, among others.
