The Silo creator recently provided an update on the filming of Seasons 3 and 4 of the popular Apple TV+ series and hinted at their potential release date. Silo, a science fiction thriller series created by Graham Yost and inspired by Hugh Howey’s novels, made its debut on Apple TV+ in May 2023. The show boasts a star-studded cast including Tim Robbins, Rebecca Ferguson, Harriet Walter, rapper Common, and more.
According to a recent interview with The Wrap, Yost discussed the conclusion of Season 2 and provided insights into the production progress of Seasons 3 and 4. Despite Apple TV+ renewing Silo for two more seasons in December 2024, Yost revealed that Season 3 is already in the filming process.
Yost mentioned that Season 4’s script has been finalized and filming is likely to begin after a brief post-production break following the completion of Season 3. Speculations suggest that Silo Season 3 may be released in late 2025 or early 2026, based on the timeline of previous seasons.
Given the filming duration of Season 2, it is anticipated that Season 3’s release could follow a similar timeline. Fans can expect more thrilling episodes of Silo to arrive on Apple TV+ in the coming months.
