‘RHOC’ Star Katie Ginella Had Police Called During Dispute with Ex-Husband Over Cheating Allegations
Katie Ginella, the most recent face on The Actual Housewives of Orange County, not too long ago opened up about her tumultuous divorce and custody battle with her ex-husband, Andrew Sundseth.
The pair, who share three youngsters, had a rocky break up, and now, particulars of their previous troubles are rising, giving followers a clearer image of the drama.
As typically occurs with new housewives, the media rapidly started digging into Katie’s previous. In her case, a police report from 2015 has surfaced, shedding mild on an altercation between Katie and Andrew at their dwelling in Georgia.
In keeping with paperwork obtained by InTouch, police have been known as to their residence round 8 p.m. after the couple had a heated argument. Each Katie and Andrew had dialed 911, and the incident stemmed from Andrew accusing Katie of infidelity.
“[Andrew] said he suspects the cheating has been going on for months after reading text messages between his wife and the man she has been seeing. He said during the argument he attempted to grab his wife’s cell phone from her while she was still holding it. [Andrew] said he pulled on the phone causing his wife to be pulled and fall to the ground,” the police report detailed.
The scenario escalated when, in line with the report, Katie tried to retrieve her telephone from Andrew.
“After getting the cell phone from his wife, [Andrew] said his wife began slapping him on the top of the head in an attempt to get the phone back. [Andrew] said he did not want his wife to go to jail,” the report continued.
Ginella confirmed the collection of occasions, agreeing that holding onto the telephone led to her being pulled down. “[Katie] said she slapped at her husband while attempting to hold onto the phone. [Katie] did not want to press charges,” the report said.
Neither Ginella nor Sundseth sustained any accidents through the incident, and there was no interference with both social gathering’s skill to contact the authorities.
Katie selected to depart the house to de-escalate the scenario, and the next day, the youngsters remained with their father.
