Nina Dobrev, Candice King, and Kat Graham reunite in Mystic Falls. The three actresses, known for their roles in The Vampire Diaries, recently gathered at the I Was Feeling Festive 2 convention in Covington, Georgia. During the event, they engaged with fans, participated in panel discussions, and even recreated a throwback photo from their days on the show.
Dobrev, King, and Graham, who portrayed Elena Gilbert, Caroline Forbes, and Bonnie Bennett respectively, shared a heartwarming video on Instagram, set to the tune of Simple Plan’s “I’m Just a Kid.” In the caption, they expressed, “We’re still just kids,” reflecting on their time together on The Vampire Diaries.
The trio first appeared onscreen together in 2009 when The Vampire Diaries premiered. The show, filled with supernatural elements and a love triangle between Elena and vampire brothers Stefan Salvatore and Damon Salvatore, captured the hearts of viewers for eight seasons. Despite Dobrev leaving after season six, she returned for the series finale.
In addition to Dobrev, Graham, and King, other beloved stars from The Vampire Diaries, including Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, made appearances at the convention in Covington. Showrunner Julie Plec also reflected on the show’s impact, marking 15 years since its premiere and recognizing how it paved the way for a supernatural franchise that includes The Originals and Legacies.
