Netflix has finally revealed the release date for the highly anticipated third season of the hit show Squid Game. The Korean-language drama is set to return on June 27th, as announced during Netflix’s major slate presentation, Next on Netflix. Following the success of its second season released on Dec. 26, Squid Game, which is Netflix’s most popular series, will be airing its final installment.
This season has garnered immense popularity, with the second season achieving the highest single-week viewing figures for any streaming title in the U.S. in 2024, accumulating 4.92 billion minutes of viewing for the week of Dec. 23-29.
The third season promises to pick up where season two left off, with a gripping storyline involving Gi-hun and The Front Man.
