Ian McKellen, Michaela Coel, and other talented actors have recently been announced as part of the cast for “The Christophers,” a dark comedy directed by Steven Soderbergh. The movie, written by Ed Solomon, follows the story of the estranged children of a famous artist who hire a forger to complete his unfinished works to be discovered and sold after his passing. Production is scheduled to begin in London in February.
Steven Soderbergh has multiple projects lined up for the upcoming year. “Presence,” a psychological thriller starring Lucy Liu, Chris Sullivan, and others, will premiere on January 17, 2025. Following that, “Black Bag,” a spy thriller featuring Cate Blanchett, Michael Fassbender, and Regé-Jean Page, will hit theaters on March 14, 2025.
