Topping the list for work-life balance is LinkedIn, with an impressive average rating of 4.32 out of 5. Employees praised the job search platform for its culture and values, as well as its compensation and benefits. Indeed comes in at No. 2 with a work-life balance rating of 4.29 on Glassdoor, with a majority of employees recommending the platform to friends.
Hennessey Digital spokesperson noted the importance of companies prioritizing employee well-being and hopes these findings will encourage more discussions on enhancing work-life balance. Other companies recognized for their work-life balance include HubSpot, Docusign, Slalom, Intuit, Smile Brands, Northside Hospital, Google, Zillow, Paylocity, and Adobe.
