Drake may have a new lady in his life as he was spotted on vacation in Turks and Caicos with a mystery woman he appears to have name-dropped on Her Loss.
The 6 God was tagged in a photo that was uploaded to Instagram on Wednesday (December 6) by a young lady named Flacka. The pair could be seen posing for the camera inside what appears to be a resort or a restaurant.
“Turks Terrible Twins [pink heart emoji],” she captioned the post, while Drake penned a sweet message in the comments section.
“Flacccccccacita the one and only no duplication could never be in a new location we drink enough for two vacations tequila and salt water…COMBINATION,” he wrote.
More footage from their apparent date was posted online, including a video of them having dinner together as Drake’s “Feel No Ways” played in the background and a photo of the rapper striking a “cutie pie” pose for the camera.
Fans quickly connected the mystery woman to Drake’s lyrics from his 2022 track “Pussy & Millions” where he rapped: “Flacka, Flackacita/ I know that I’m not in love, she don’t love me either/ It’s just hard to find the love, this shit keep on gettin’ deeper.”
A bit of digging also reveals that Flacka appears to work at the Turks and Caicos resort where Drizzy is staying, with a video posted to his Instagram Stories showing her serving drinks behind an outdoor bar.
She was also seen modeling pieces of clothing from Drake’s Nike sub-label, NOCTA, last year.
While the Toronto superstar has kept his love life largely private in recent years, he was previously linked to another mystery woman he’s shown love to in his music.
In June, Drake sparked rumors that he was dating British multimedia artist Lilah Pi after he referred to her as his “heart” in a sweet birthday message.
“More life to the gyal that’s impossible to duplicate. My inspo my confidant my best mate my heart @lilahpi happy birthday,” he captioned an Instagram Story featuring a photograph of Pi.
Lilah not only appears on the cover of Drake’s “Search & Rescue” single, but has been shouted out on songs like “Flight’s Booked” and “Who Told You,” a collaboration with J Hus.
The OVO Sound boss’ apparent taste in younger women also made headlines earlier this year when Joe Budden criticized his latest album For All the Dogs.
“[Drake is] rapping for the children,” he said on his eponymous podcast. “I had to look up how old this n-gga was when I finished listening to the album … You gonna be 37 years old.
“Get the fuck away from some of these younger n-ggas, and stop fucking these 25-year-olds … Why are you still fucking the 25-year-olds? You’re a 37-year-old billionaire.”
Drake promptly fired back by sending Budden a series of fiery DMs that the podcaster later read out on his show.
“You bringing up my friends and the bitches I fuck like you know anything about that,” he wrote in the messages. “Keep it music. I don’t give a fuck what you listen to in your free time because the people’s opinion I care about don’t have free time.”
He added: “Talk about the music. If you hate it, you hate it. But you talking about I’m out here fucking 25-year-olds — oh, this is personal so I won’t read that one — that shit feels malicious to me and I don’t do well with that.”
