Billy Joel has recently announced the postponement of several concerts in order to focus on recovery from surgery and undergo physical therapy. The musician, who is dealing with a medical condition, stated that his health is a top priority.
“I regret having to postpone these shows, but my health comes first,” Joel said in a statement. “I can’t wait to get back on stage and share the joy of live music with our wonderful fans. Thank you for understanding.”
The affected cities include Detroit, Toronto, Syracuse, Salt Lake City, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Charlotte, and Milwaukee. All purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates, with refunds available for those unable to attend the new shows.
