The Casting Culture of America introduced the winners of the 39th annual Artios Awards, which honors “excellence in casting across feature film, television, commercials and theatre.”
Winners in the movie groups consist of Barbie, Killers of the Blossom Moon, Past Lives and The Holdovers, while The Bear, Sequence, Beef, Appointment Dogs and The Last People were recognized in the tv groups. Queer Eye, RuPaul’s Drag Race and A Black Girl Map out Program likewise obtained victories.
Niecy Nash-Betts organized the Los Angeles awards event at the Beverly Hilton on Thursday, while the New york city event was organized by Alex Edelman at the Edison Ballroom. The London event was organized by Samantha Morton at the White City Residence.
Ava DuVernay was bestowed the Lynn Stalmaster Honor for Occupation Success, which existed by David Oyelowo. Sharon Klein, head of casting at Disney Amusement Tv, was bestowed the Hoyt Bowers Honor for Quality inCasting Disney Amusement co-chairman Dana Waldman offered it to Klein. The Marion Dougherty New York City Apple Honor existed to The Dramatization Publication Store, and the Rosalie Joseph Altruist Honor existed to Karlee Fomalont by Rachel Brosnahan.
