Reports from a press conference held by Atlanta police commander Lt. Andrew Smith revealed details of the incident involving the 39-year-old musician. According to Smith, police responded to a disturbance at a residence in Atlanta, which led to two individuals fleeing from the scene. The 39-year-old man, later identified as Young Scooter, tried to escape by jumping over fences and ultimately injuring his leg. Tragically, Young Scooter passed away shortly after at an Atlanta hospital from the injuries sustained during the incident.
