Apple CEO Tim Cook received a pay raise in the latest fiscal year, bringing his annual compensation package to $74.6 million in fiscal 2024. This is an increase from the $63.2 million he received in fiscal 2023 and the $99.4 million he earned the year before.
Cook’s pay package for fiscal 2024 included a $3 million base salary, $58 million in stock awards, $12 million in non-equity compensation, and $1.52 million in other compensation. This is a change from fiscal 2023 when he received $46.9 million in stock awards, $10.7 million in non-equity compensation, and $2.5 million in other compensation.
In addition to Wall Street’s focus on iPhone demand, investors are also interested in Apple’s revenues from services like Apple TV+, Apple Music, and iCloud. The company is also working on Apple Intelligence, an artificial intelligence system for its products.
In October 2024, Apple reported a record-high revenue of $24.97 billion from its services business in the fourth quarter. In the same SEC filing, CFO Luca Maestri saw his pay package rise to $27.1 million for fiscal 2024, while COO Jeff Williams’ total compensation also increased to $27.1 million.
