Season three of the hit Prime Video show Reacher is finally set to debut on February 20. Alan Ritchson, who plays Jack Reacher, made the announcement at CCXP in São Paulo, Brazil. The eight-episode season will be released weekly in over 240 countries and territories, with the first three episodes dropping initially followed by a new episode every Thursday until March 27.
The second season of Reacher was a massive success, becoming the most-viewed release on Prime Video in 2023. As a result, Amazon has already renewed the show for a fourth season set to start filming in 2025.
The new teaser for season three features Ritchson in classic Reacher form, facing off against a new formidable foe named Paulie. Based on the novel Persuader by Lee Child, this season will see Reacher getting involved in a criminal enterprise to save an undercover DEA informant. Alongside Ritchson and Maria Sten, the cast includes new additions such as Anthony Michael Hall, Sonya Cassidy, and Brian Tee.
Reacher is produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Skydance Television, and CBS Studios, with Nick Santora as the showrunner and executive producer. The show has garnered a lot of attention for its action-packed storyline and Ritchson’s portrayal of the titular character. With the anticipation building for the third season, fans around the world are eagerly awaiting the return of Jack Reacher.
