The Criterion Channel offers a unique director retrospective experience that sets it apart from other streaming services. In March, viewers can enjoy two masters of cinema with contrasting levels of exposure. Notable additions to the streaming collection include a Criterion Edition of Orson Welles’ The Trial, the streaming premiere of Horace Ové’s newly restored film Pressure, and enhanced versions of films like Amadeus, Love Is the Devil, Port of Shadows, and Burning an Illusion. Penelope Spheeris’ The Decline of Western Civilization trilogy will also have a dedicated section.
