Celebrity Ben Affleck’s ‘Bachelor Pad’ in Pacific Palisades Threatened by Wildfire
Ben Affleck, a well-known actor, is currently residing in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, which is being impacted by a raging wildfire. After his separation from Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck moved out of their shared Beverly Hills mansion and purchased a new home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood.
Reports indicate that more than 30,000 individuals have been ordered to evacuate the area due to the extreme winds fueling the flames.
Ben Affleck’s recently acquired Pacific Palisades home, referred to as his “bachelor pad,” is now in danger. The entire neighborhood has been placed under evacuation orders as the wildfire continues to spread.
The actor purchased the property for $20.5 million, boasting five bedrooms, six bathrooms, various living spaces, a media room, and a guest house. Prior to this purchase, he had been residing in a temporary home near his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner.
The wildfire in Pacific Palisades began as a brush fire and quickly escalated due to heavy winds, expanding to over 200 acres. Other notable figures in the area, such as Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, Reese Witherspoon, Bradley Cooper, and Adam Sandler, have also been affected by the fire and forced to evacuate.
Actor James Woods shared live updates of the wildfire, confirming that his family had safely evacuated. He praised the efforts of the Los Angeles fire and police departments in responding to the emergency.
This wildfire incident comes shortly after Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez settled their divorce through mediation, concluding their relationship after a brief reunion in 2021. Details of their settlement remain private, but Lopez will reportedly keep the engagement ring Affleck gave her, a valuable piece of jewelry he purchased for $5.6 million.
The Pacific Palisades wildfire serves as a reminder of the unpredictable nature of environmental disasters and the importance of being prepared in case of emergencies.
