Tracy is under contract to appear in Season 11. Work on the new episodes has been delayed by two Hollywood strikes.

Writers have returned to work, though. Scripts are under construction for when SAG-AFTRA (the actors and actresses) agree to a new deal with the studios.
It is also unclear as to how many episodes Tracy will appear in. Maybe all of Season 11? But when the season concludes, Tracy is moving on to other projects.
